The Middle (wo)Mans Guide to Mental and Mind Wellness is designed to assist and enlighten you, from a fresh perspective of what is available and what may be useful to you, a loved one or simply just to learn more. Without tailoring to one specific condition, I use my own experience with mental health to guide and share how I came to understand the essence of thought, manage my mind and subsequently have power over my mind dissolving patterns of thinking, negating them, releasing or repeating thoughts and creating a healthy and balanced relationship with my mind and a new, refreshed experience with life.
